The hollow-edge design on this slicing knife runs the full length of the blade, reducing friction and delivering a smooth, easy and comfortable slicing experience. The razor-sharp cutting edge makes short work of the largest brisket, through to a thinly sliced segment of sashimi.

Care Instructions: Hand-wash, to better maintain sharpness and prolong the life of your knife. Placing knives in a dishwasher will lead to tarnishing of the blades and damaging the handles.
